The whole team - Tracey, Aneta, and Chris - went above and beyond for us!

Really happy with our home and process. Building homes is always stressful and Aneta did a fantastic job building our home and my father's home (923 Champions Circle) and accommodating the timeline to get them really close to each other given initial delay due to permit. My father was also really happy with process and he's a hard man to please. Appreciate Aneta and Tracey for their professionalism and customer service as well as expertise throughout process and being able to answer our questions and accommodating our concerns as best they could. Our Family is now settling into our new home and community.

This is my second Beazer home and I have had a fantastic experience both times! Jeremy and his team have been incredible! Tracey has been fantastic with weekly updates and getting us clarity on questions! Overall great experience!

There's been great communication from the project lead, Jeremy B. We've met via FaceTime so he can show us our build since we are remote, which was a nice gesture. Jeremy was also always available to take calls, answer texts, and address any concerns we may have.

Tracey was incredibly helpful. She spent a ton of time with us, answered all of our questions, and provided lots of good insight.

Monique went above and beyond helping us get everything sorted in a timely manner! Aneta was very helpful in answering any questions I had come up. Leslie has been great in helping get some warranty items resolved.

Cindy D. is an absolute gem to work with. She answered all of our questions and is very knowledgeable about the process. We are very thankful for her level of expertise and feel confident we made the right choice. Also, Nikki at the design studio is great to work with as well.

Tracey, Jason Leslie and Jeremy has been the bestest. I want to thank them for all the amazing memories that you have given us and taken care of every single thing at the highest and bestest standard. Tracey has been just the bestest and warmest person to work with from the start. She’s been very open and clear when it came to communication and took care of everything. Overall, we are extremely happy that we chose Tracey and the team and Beazer as our home.

Monique summarized our visit intent accurately and allowed us the space and time to gather the information we were after, providing answers to the questions we had. The live lot tracker is amazing.

I would like to Jason for his exceptional service. Jason was the builder. He was amazing, very receptive, and kept us informed. He answered all of our questions. Justin was also very helpful. Justin was the relator. He took time with us. They both were exceptional.
