The construction process was well-organized and transparent, which gave me confidence every step of the way. I appreciated the regular updates and clear communication from the team throughout the entire build.

Gary and Shawn have been wonderful! They made the entire experience fun and were available to walk me through any and all questions I had along the way.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my Beazer Homes experience. Zach has been great throughout the process—always patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Chase has done an excellent job as the builder, making sure everything is on track and answering any questions I’ve had along the way.

Marcia was amazing and extremely helpful, she made the experience very easy and enjoyable. Whether we were looking at duets or single family homes she went out of her way to provide any and all information and schedule tours even around our difficult schedule.

I had the best tour and both Ashlyn and Craig helped make this 1st time buyers dream come true.
